Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal

Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur

Day: calendar day

Continuous transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products or services where delivery or purchase obligations are spread over time

Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction

Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products or services remotely to consumers

Distance contract: a contract concluded within a system organized by the entrepreneur for remote sales using one or more means of distance communication

Means of remote communication: a method used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same place

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded the text of these terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible the consumer will be informed where the terms can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

If the contract is concluded electronically the terms may be provided in a way that allows storage on a durable data carrier.

If additional product or service conditions apply the consumer may rely on the most favorable provision in case of conflicting conditions.

If any provision is declared invalid the remaining provisions will remain in effect.


Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has limited validity or specific conditions this will be clearly stated.

The offer is non binding and Marevion reserves the right to modify it at any time.

All product descriptions images and information are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

Obvious errors do not bind Marevion.

Each offer clearly states:

The price excluding customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the European Union
Any applicable shipping costs
How the contract will be concluded
Whether the right of withdrawal applies
The method of payment delivery and execution
The validity period of the offer
Whether the contract is archived and how it can be accessed
How the consumer can check and correct submitted information
Available languages
Any codes of conduct
The minimum duration of agreements where applicable
Optional details such as sizes colors and materials


Taxes and Import Fees for Deliveries Outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union:

Prices do not include local taxes import duties or customs fees
These charges may be applied by local authorities or carriers upon delivery
Customers are responsible for these charges


Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the stated conditions.

If accepted electronically Marevion will confirm receipt without delay. Until confirmation the consumer may cancel the agreement.

Marevion ensures appropriate security for data and payment processing.

Marevion may assess whether the consumer can meet payment obligations and may refuse or condition orders if necessary.

The consumer will receive:

The contact address for complaints
Information about the right of withdrawal or its exclusion
Information about guarantees and after sales service
Relevant information as described in Article 4
Conditions for termination where applicable

All agreements are subject to product availability.
