Return Guarantee on New Products

We offer a return option on all new products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and labels.


Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Marevion does not cover or reimburse return shipping costs.


No Cancellations or Refunds on Active Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded before delivery. This ensures that orders are processed efficiently and handled correctly within our logistics network.


Return Notification Deadline

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the item. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Return Form Requirement
